Originally starting as a successful regional food trailer, the brick-and-mortar neighborhood hub uniquely blends authentic, home-cooked Filipino classics—like traditional adobo, pancit, lechon kawali, sizzling sisig, and their famous crispy lumpia—with Pacific Island and American comfort favorites, including Kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, loco moco, and creative third-pound specialty burgers. True to Roy’s background as a professional career DJ, the restaurant pairs its flavor-packed tropical menu with a relaxed island atmosphere and a lively weekly entertainment lineup featuring energetic karaoke, open mics, and live music from local Pacific Northwest artists. Beyond the physical restaurant, the team continues to bring street vibes to community events and private gatherings through full-service catering and their mobile food truck.
